• You do not have an automatic right to cancel your purchase through this portal. We therefore regret that we do not offer refunds or accept returns, except in the case of returns of defective Reports/e-publication or refunds in circumstances where we are unable to supply the content you have ordered, and for which we have taken payment .

• DART may decline your order for reason such as rejection of order by publisher, price difference between publisher and DART at the time of the transaction and related reasons. Such cases, we will send you an e-mail informing you so. If reason for declining your order is because we cannot obtain authorization of your payment details for any reason, then we may invite you to pay by another method.

• DART reserves the right to terminate any contract with you if your payment is not processed for any reason, but you have nevertheless received the content or access to services you have ordered. In such case, DART may on notice will withdraw your right to use such content or services, and further demand you to delete or return such content, including content obtained through any services provided, as appropriate.

• Although DART tries very hard to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the description of any content or service that you have ordered, we will let you know and ask if you wish to continue with the order or not. If we discover that the correct price of any content or services you have ordered is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and process the order accordingly. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before processing the order or cancel it after notifying the same.
