Contract
This constitutes the entire agreement between DART and users of this site. DART provides information, data, content, reports, and other communications which are referred to as “Reports.” Your use of our service constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to be bound by this Agreement.

Permitted Use, Limitations on Use

You may access and download the Reports only as required to view on your web browser for your use as per the terms and condition given by the publisher of each Reports. You may not republish or distribute any Reports or do anything else with the Reports, which are not specifically permitted as per such terms and condition given by the publisher. Price of Reports

The price of a report shall be the price stated in the portal after discounts/gift vouchers. The price for a report will be exclusive of any applicable value added tax, service tax, if any, which Buyer shall be additionally liable to pay.

Governing Law

You agree to comply with all laws, regulations, obligations and restrictions, which apply to you as well in your geography as well. No failure or delay in enforcing any right shall be a waiver of that or any other right. If any term of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall not be affected.

If any dispute arising out of the e-commerce transaction, DART is agreeable to engage the services of net-ARB – www.net-arb.com, an internet arbitration body, before going for judicial process assuming the user is also agreeable for the same. Both parties shall bear the cost of such arbitration from their fund/resources. DART is open for availing the dispute forum available in PayPal
